*TLS July Jam:  There will not be a July jam.  If you want to receive notifications and be on our mailing lists (we use SMS and FB Messenger) please let us know by using the Contact form (in menu).

*Feature:  What's ahead for TLS ?  Check it out by clicking on Feature: What's Ahead in the menu.

*Oy:  It looks like we will be migrating this single page website to multiple pages.  What could go wrong? LoL  By doing that we should have more flexibility with sharing individual pages and the scrolling should be minimal.

*Summer:   Ahhh summer.  Taking a little break from TLS.  In the works (but paused) is a 20+ minute sideshow video highlighting the Vol 1 Release Event from 6/20.  We put together a medley of the tunes played.  We have coined 'PJQ' which stands for the rating 'Party Jam Quality'. Still looking for a decent audio to video program and still thinking about changing our website from single page (scroll) to multiple pages.  Good things on the horizon but for now... aahhhhh Summer!

Stay tuned!

TLS is a Politics-FREE zone.

All Are Welcome (except A-holes ;^)

What's Ahead for TLS?
---------

July is busy with creating and developing new recordings of originals and a few cover tunes.  We are headed in the direction of 10 tunes for Volume 2, and distribution to the music streaming platforms we are currently using with DistroKids for Volume 1 :^)

Volume 2 is shaping up with more than 1 style of genres. Our intentions for our Volume releases is to include a variety of songs from different artists, all on our Tane Tunes label and created using the TLS 'machine'. Licensing can be done by each individual artist with their own licensing organization or thru Tane Tunes BMI registration.  At our Volume 1 Release party we reminded those in attendance that we are open to everyone's ideas and welcome anyone who wishes to work within the easy and accomodating TLS framework.  For more info on how to book a recording session, please send us an email using the Contact form on this website.

FYI - I am working on a 20+minute video slideshow that will showcase a medley of 7 songs, a couple of highlights, and some casual pics from the June 20th Volume 1 Release Party!

My search for an app to create Ai videos from TLS .wav files continues!  After subscribing to OpusClip I had to ask for a refund because of their restrictions and wide range of issues including file size limitations, inconsistent actor images, and non-existent lip synching. After several attempts to get a refund I had to use my bank and file a dispute.  Refund is still pending.  While my frustration level is definitely being challenged, the silver lining is I am learning a lot about making Ai videos!

About Our Music Recording Studio
The Tanes built their studio to provide a space for Freddie Tane (TAFT-The Amazing Freddie Tane) to continue his musical pursuits. As a life-long devoted multi-talented musician and performer who was ready for the next step in his musical career, the idea of a recording studio was born. With his partner Z Tane as GC, they designed and built Tane Lane Studio. With the music sessions, jams and events now out of their main home (Studio A) and into TLS, it was time to widen the scope of what was possible. The Tanes have always welcomed creative, musical, positive beings into their neck of the woods. Now with a 'home' for future musical adventures, the only thing left to do was to Imagine Possibilities, throw open the doors, and give it up to the Universe to work its magic!!
Stay Tuned!
